Request of a test claim
Customers indicate their test claim by an order (in mail, e-mail, or fax form) to the laboratory.
The order should include a filled in (downloadable from this web-page) annex SCS of CTPI (see the chapter "Test reports"), which contains the data of the Customer,
the SUT and tests identifications to be performed.
The test claim can be the entire or a part of the listed test services refer to the IUT, but other type test besides of the listed test services can be marked as well.
The laboratory can also perform tests on Customer's request if it is possible.
Registration of a test claim
The laboratory considers the received claim, registers it and informs the Customer about the registration.
Customer information for the testing
The laboratory will send the annexes PIX and PIXIT of the CTPI (see the chapter "Test reports") to the Customer if the claim can be performed.
The Customer has to fill in the annexes and send them back to the laboratory.
The laboratory helps the Customer fill the annexes in on demand.
Business offer
The laboratory makes a business offer for the test duration and the charge of the test for the Customer based on the filled out CTPI.
Shipping of the SUT into the laboratory
Accepting the business offer the Customer transports the SUT into the laboratory. The laboratory identifies the SUT and records the state of delivery.
Execution of the tests, Preparation of the test report
The laboratory executes the tests and makes the test report - in the presence of the Customer's representative on demand.
Shipping of the SUT from the laboratory
The Customer transports the SUT from the laboratory at the end of the test.
Payment, delivery of the test reports
The laboratory sends the test reports to the Customer after the settlement of the account of the test.
